Creation of the DEFT challenge

• Creation in 2005 with J. Azé (LRI - Orsay) of the French Text Mining Challenge: DEFT (DEfi Fouille de Textes).

• Co-Chair with J. Azé of the Organization Committee of DEFT'05 and DEF'06 (co-chairs of the Programm Committee: Yves Kodratoff and Violaine Prince).

Since its creation in 2005, the DEFT challenge is organized each year (participation as member of the PC).
